SAP Team Training – March 21, 22 & 26, 2024 (Online)

This 3-day VIRTUAL event via Zoom will be held:

• March 21 from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
• March 22 from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
• March 26 from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm

Schools and agencies wishing to add SAP (Student Assistance Program) team members should register the new team member to attend this three-day training. SAP training is a comprehensive training which results in certification for both the elementary and secondary level SAP program. SAP is the leading program of support in Pennsylvania for students K-12 and their families in school and community.

This training will prepare new team members to support students experiencing barriers to academic success through identification of observable behaviors and the implementation of strengths based supports.

Credits

• Eligible for 21 ACT 48 credits upon standards-based competency completion.
• Eligible for 21 NASW-PA credits upon standards-based competency completion.

Cost

The training cost may be covered for registrants working at schools in Lancaster, Lebanon, Chester, Cumberland/Perry, and York/Adams counties through the support of their county drug & alcohol departments. In the event that county funding has been exhausted, your school district will be invoiced for $325.

For registrants from all other PA counties—your district will be invoiced for $325. Please provide contact information for the school employee responsible for Accounts Payable when you register.

Cancellations

If registrants need to cancel their reservation, 5 days notice prior to Day 1 of training must be given. If a cancellation is given less than that, a fee of $165 will be charged. If the registrant is a no-show, the full fee of $325 will be charged.
