Chester County residents who are uninsured or under-insured need to get an assessment from one of these treatment providers in order to be eligible for county funding.

Please refer to the back of your insurance card for in-network behavioral health services. The providers below offer licensed substance use disorder treatment in the form of assessments and individual & group counseling.

Priority Populations
Funding for individuals without insurance coverage—who meet eligibility requirements—is offered by Chester County Drug & Alcohol Services. The County and its contracted service providers shall give the identified Priority Populations preference to treatment as follows, and in the following order: pregnant individuals who inject drugs; pregnant individuals who use substances; persons who inject drugs; overdose survivors; and veterans.
