  • Detox Call Center- White Deer Run

    If you are a Lancaster County resident without insurance coverage & think you may need withdrawal management (detox), call the White Deer Run Call Center at (866) 769-6822.

    If you do have insurance coverage, you may contact any treatment provider in network.

    You will receive a short phone assessment & if appropriate, they will begin a bed search to look for treatment for you.

    If you do not need withdrawal management, but think you may need inpatient rehab, call and make an appointment with an outpatient clinic for an assessment and a financial liability review.

    If you are a Lancaster County resident without insurance coverage & think you may need withdrawal management (detox), call PA Adult & Teen Challenge Call Center at (844) 888-8085.

    If you do have insurance coverage, you may contact any treatment provider in network.

    You will receive a short phone assessment & if appropriate, they will begin a bed search to look for treatment for you.

Priority Populations

Funding for individuals without insurance coverage who meet eligibility requirements is offered by the Lancaster County Drug & Alcohol Commission. The Commission and its contracted service providers shall give the identified Priority Populations preference to treatment as follows, and in the following order: pregnant individuals who inject drugs; pregnant individuals who use substances; persons who inject drugs; overdose survivors; and veterans.
