This Lunch and Learn session uses William Bridges’ long-standing “transitions” framework for leading organizational change by looking at Endings, the Neutral Zone and New Beginnings. As the current pandemic continues to evolve, this framework will help us understand how this pandemic has affected us in unique ways. Drawing from a ‘big picture’ perspective Patti will address ways to cope and practices of self-care that enhance and facilitate resilience in our “new normal” world going forward.
