With a strong interest in addiction recovery and mental health, the focus of Compass Mark, specific to school-aged students from a preventative approach, is the impact our community needs – for the present and for future well-being. I’m incredibly excited to be a part of Compass Mark – and very honored. I am committed to this wonderful cause and consider this opportunity a definite “God moment!”
Dr. Saji Vijayan brings over 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare innovation, spanning biopharma, medtech, and systems design to his board role. His work has contributed to numerous FDA and EMA approvals, strategic acquisitions, and the advancement of prevention-oriented solutions in complex therapeutic areas.
I joined Compass Mark because their work represents the kind of systems innovation public health urgently needs: prevention-first, community-rooted, and evidence-based. Too often in healthcare, we intervene only after harm has occurred. Compass Mark equips communities with the tools to build resilience early, and that’s a mission I’m proud to support.
We’re moved and grateful for the talented professionals—and wonderful humans—who choose to serve our agency as board members. Together we prevent addiction and help people thrive in Chester, Lancaster, and Lebanon, PA!
