Schools are implementing frameworks to meet academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students. This session will explore how SAP and MTSS teams can integrate to meet the student needs and avoid duplication of efforts. Participants will be able to:
- Describe how SAP and MTSS integrate
- Examine the key factors of team functioning
- Assess building level SAP/MTSS team functioning
- Create an SAP/MTSS team action plan

NASW Credits: NASW-PA Chapter is a co-sponsor of this workshop. Six (6) CEs will be awarded for completion of this course. NASW has been designated as a pre-approved provider of professional continuing education for social workers (Section 47.36), Marriage and Family Therapist (Section 48.36) and Professional Counselors (Section 49.36) by the PA State Board of Social Workers, Marriage & Family Therapists and Professional Counselors.
No cost to Lancaster, Lebanon, and Chester County School Districts. Funding provided by the Single County Authority in those counties.
