SAP Team Maintenance: Updates and Resources – October 29, 2024

After years of SAP Team Training being held over 3 days, the training has been revised to a two-day training. With this revision comes an update to the “Four Phase Process” in team planning, as well as other updates and resources to the SAP process. This virtual SAP Maintenance via Zoom will:

• review the updated four phase process and team planning
• discuss case management strategies and best practices
• look at guidelines and best practices
• provide updated resources for SAP Teams
